Chart notes
MUSIC GEM saved ground through the turn, shifted out to the seven path entering the stretch, closed with a burst of speed through deep stretch and got up in the final stride. MY HOMBRE away alertly, set a pressured pace along the inside into the stretch, edged clear before the furlong marker and just missed hanging on. NOSEY POWER settled mid pack four wide and finished with good courage in the seven path. SOL OF VAQUERO stalked the early pace three wide, moved up two wide into the stretch then leveled off. TRANSPIRED pressed the pace two wide into the stretch and faded late. ATILANO'S THUNDER broke slowly and was no threat. STRIKING AGAIN vied for the lead along the inside into the stretch then gave way. BIG TIME FLIRT with the second flight two wide, was through after a half. WHY KENNY WHY dropped back from an alert start and trailed.
