Chart notes
SUE ELLEN MISHKIN chased the pace from the three path through the turn, bid into the lane from the four path and drove past. SUNNY ISLE BEACH trailed into the lane while saving ground, bid into the lane from the two path and offered a belated rally to be clear for the place spot. COMPRESSED ENERGY chased the pace from the two path into the lane and moved up for the show spot while not a threat to the top two. VARTON hustled to the lead soon after the start, remained on the front end into the lane then gave way. MISS BETTE LUTE in the three or four path through the turn, swung into the lane from the five path and never was a threat. MIMAJOON chased the pace into the lane and was empty along the inside.
