DRINK THE WIND coaxed from the gate, chased three wide in closest aim of the spurting away leader, advanced on that foe into the turn taking over command at the three-eighths, slipped away through the latter portion of the turn and went four wide into upper stretch, then edged clear to the finish. DOCTOR LOVE chased five then four wide before tucking three wide through the turn, came under coaxing at the three-eighths, swung four to five wide for home, proved no match for the top one while keeping on to secure the place honors. PRINCE OF JOY chased just off the inside coming under coaxing at the seven-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. EL MAYOR coaxed from the gate, chased four then three wide under coaxing from the three-eighths, swung three wide for home and weakened. R BOY CHEEKUM chased three to four wide under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths, angled five wide for home, made no impact. SUPER QUALITY hustled from the gate, spurted away in hand just off the inside, tucked inside coming under challenge and yielded the front at the three-eighths, cut the corner into upper stretch and folded.
