Chart notes
DORSODURO chased the leader up the backstretch, began a bid from the four path coming around the turn, swung wide into the stretch and kicked clear. VILLAGE PREACHER trailed the field on the inside through the opening quarter of a mile, saved ground around the bend, launched a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late. DUKE SKYWALKER raced in the middle of the pack up the backstretch, began a bid from the four path coming around the turn and improved position in the lane. EDMUND FITZGERALD led thee way up the backstretch, dueled while saving ground around the turn and kept on in the stretch, weakening late. MAGIC BOMB raced off the pace on the outside early, navigated the bend from the two and three path and showed no kick. THE SWAYZE EXPRESS raced in the middle of the pack through the opening quarter of a mile, continued around the turn in the two and three path and faded from there. UNIQUE PATH raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the two path and made no bid.
