Chart notes
GARMENTO raced in the three path around the first turn, chased the leader on the outside up the backstretch, began a bid from the three path coming around the far bend, dueled in the stretch and edged clear late. LEOPARDI saved ground early, led the way up the backstretch, dueled from the two path around the far bend and in upper stretch and gave way late. TAPINTOYOURBEER bumped with the horse to his outside at the start, recovered to press the pace from the two path around the first turn and up the backstretch, dropped back while racing in the four path around the far turn and weakened further in the lane. CALZONE bumped with the horse to his inside leaving the gate, raced in the two path around the first bend, tracked the leaders on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the second bend from the three path and was outkicked in the stretch. SHIPWRECK raced in the middle of the pack on the outside through the opening half mile, continued around the far turn in the four path and faded in the lane. COLORS saved ground around the first turn, settled off the pace on the inside for the run up the backstretch, dropped back to trail the field from the rail coming around the far bend and continued to tire from there.
