Chart notes
RECKONING DAY settled off the leaders from the inside, angled out nearing the quarter, reached the fore with a furlong to run and quickly drew off. HI HO CHEERIO bobbled at the start, recovered quickly to race just off the leaders early, moved three-wide through the turn, could not reach the winner in the drive but finished well to gain the place. SILVER DASH was away in good order then reserved just off the leaders, moved five-wide through the turn and finished with good late energy. GOLD CRUSHER set a pressured pace, opened a clear margin with a quarter to run and gave way through the final furlong. NUMEROLOGIST lagged early, saved ground through the turn and did not menace. TRY TO CAPTURE broke sharply to press the pace while racing three-wide and weakened after going three furlongs. LINCHTOWN was void of early speed, raced six-wide through the turn and did not offer a bid. THE RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
