Chart notes
SEMPER FIDELIS reserved inside the dueling leaders, angled out into the stretch and moved clear while kept to her task. RUNNIN JOKE forced the pace outside, vied through the final turn and continued gamely to the finish. SHIFTINGGEARS squeezed back after the start, bid wide on the final turn and closed well. SHOULDHAVEBEENGONE lacked speed, moved wide in the stretch and finished willingly. NORTH POLE earned a narrow lead inside for three quarters and weakened. CABAR SUL was urged close up three wide for five furlongs and gave way. DON'T BLAME FREDDY dropped back early and stopped abruptly.
