Chart notes
SIX WHIPS took the lead at the half mile pole and set a pressured pace, widened at the rail on the turn, drifted leaving the turn but was kept sharp through the lane. LEGENDAIRE chased, raced off the rail on the turn, eased out leaving the turn and closed for second later yards. ATLANTIC VAQUERO pressured the pace through the backstretch, dropped back off the rail midway on the turn and flattened inside the eighth pole. SWIFT DANCER pressured the early pace but dropped back past the five sixteenths pole, rounded the turn off the rail and weakened in the lane. TALKING TO MYSELF gave chase while saving ground. MONEY MAC chased outside, rounded the turn about the six path and showed little in the lane. FRONT DANCER gave chase but faded in the four path on the turn. IOLA'S BLACK raced well back.
