Chart notes
SEAU was close up early then split rivals at the seven sixteenths pole to take the lead then was headed at the three sixteenths pole and dug in to hold on. SCRAPPY ARTIE was within striking distance from four wide, moved to engage the leader at the three sixteenths pole and fought gamely outside of leader but was denied. A SONG FOR ARCH had no speed early, moved out to six wide in upper stretch for a late rally to be up for the show. WILD BERT had no early speed but made a rail bid to improve position. HALF AGAIN vied for the lead from three wide to the top of the stretch and tired. DANCIN WITH ANGELS was off the pace on the inside but failed to menace. GOLD PUNCH had good early speed to the three furlong pole and weakened.
