Chart notes
CADET CORPS was unrushed early, angled six wide on the far turn, rallied and was clear at the wire under mild urging. HARD RYE GUY saved ground, bid in the two path at the quarter pole, rallied late and missed. SKI PATROL was unrushed in the three path, rallied at the quarter pole, stuck a head in front at the eighth pole but couldn't hold off the closers. JACKSONS GOLD raced in the five path, bid at the half-mile pole, led briefly in the stretch but couldn't hold off the closers. BAL A KAZOO vied early in the three path, then gave way late inside. JEOPARDY THEORY raced inside, bid in the three path and improved position late. PLAIN OR PEANUT vied in the two path, bid to be clear, saved ground around the far turn and faded in the stretch. ADMIRAL RETURNS stalked the early pace in the two path, was steadied at the seven-eighths pole, then faded in the stretch. WORKINFROMHOME was not a factor. MOMS MOON vied inside early, stalked the pace along the rail, bid at the quarter pole, then faded in the stretch.
