Chart notes
LORD OF THE NILE saved ground around the first turn, chased the leader on the inside up the backstretch, continued around the far turn in the two path and dueled down the stretch to get up for the win late. FOREVER SAUCY raced in the two path around the first turn, led the way on the inside up the backstretch and around the second bend and dug in gamely in the stretch, dueling to the finish and giving way in the final strides. FIRST SQUAD bumped with the horse to his inside at the start, raced off the pace on the outside through the opening half mile, saved ground around the far turn, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late. THE POINT ROAD bumped with the horse to his inside at the start, trailed the field up the backstretch, began to move up while racing in the four path around the far turn and continued to improve position in the lane. TEA'S DREAM raced in the two path early, settled in the middle of the pack for the run up the backstretch, navigated the far bend from the four path and showed no kick. SEAX bumped with the horse to his inside leaving the gate, tracked the leader on the outside around the first turn and up the backstretch, continued around the far bend in the two path and faded from there. LUCKY DAY A'COMIN bumped with the horse to his outside at the start, saved ground around the first bend, settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far turn and weakened in the lane. BARONS BLITZ bumped soundly with the horses to both side leaving the gate, raced in the four path early, continued up the backstretch off the pace on the outside, came around the far turn in the two path and made no bid.
