Chart notes
KAZ SUGAR BANK stalked the pace four wide, made a three wide move on the turn to take over and was clear by the quarter pole, then drew off in the stretch to prove much the best, ridden out. JUMP FOR THE WIN pressed the pace three wide and made a bid between rivals on the turn but could not go with the winner while saving the place award. SUNSHINE JACK was well placed early on the inside, eased off the inside on the turn and was three wide by the quarter pole, angled in by the sixteenth marker and was up for the show award on the inside. TUCKERTON BAY was reserved early, four wide on the backstretch and the turn, came five wide into the lane and was outfinished for the show award. KIDYOUNOT was three wide into the first turn, set a pressured pace two wide, then weakened leaving the five sixteenths. SCANDALISSIMO failed to respond.
