Chart notes
DOLCE GHOST forwardly placed in the early running, stalked the solid fractions from ANNA'S MUSIC into the turn, advanced two wide nearing the quarter marker, battled with her stablemate to mid-stretch, took command inside of the furlong pole and edged away in the final stages to prove best. ANNA'S MUSIC showed good early speed and dictated terms into the turn, set decent fractions to the quarter marker, came under pressure from DOLCE GHOST in upper stretch, met that bid to mid-stretch, could not keep pace with her stablemate in the final sixteenth and held well in deep stretch to secure the place. ALFONSIA chased the decent early pace from the inside, gained ground at the quarter marker, was angled three wide for the drive, continued to gain ground approaching the furlong marker, slipped back to the inside inside of the furlong pole, lacked the needed late response and was outkicked by the top pair, while clear of the rest for the show. TIZTHEHARTOFDIXIE settled off of the decent early pace, improved position on the turn, slipped to the rail and gained ground at the furlong marker, could not sustain that run in the final stages and flattened out. MOJAVE PRINCESS chased the decent early fractions while outside of rivals, was steered four wide into the stretch and gave way in the final furlong. WINSOME ROSE a bit slow into stride early on, raced four wide into the turn, slipped to the two path heading into the stretch and did not factor in the drive.
