Chart notes
ICING rated the pace inside, came under pressure toward the quarter pole, raced near the rail on the far turn and widened under vigorous stretch urging. ONE NIGHT MIKE settled in the three path on the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced in range in the three path on the far turn but proved no match in the lane. LOVERBOY LOU settled off the rail on the first turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn in the three path and cleared third mid-stretch. MR. PETE raced in the three path the first turn, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn about the three path and showed little in the lane. UNCAPTURED KING raced in the four path the first turn, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, came through the far turn in the four path and showed little in the stretch. AUBURN MILL tapered in through the front stretch and stalked two deep, picked up the chase toward the seven sixteenths pole but weakened off the rail on the far turn. PRINCE OF FENTON stalked the early pace inside then faded through the backstretch. CAMINERO raced in the four path on the opening turn and never factored.
