Chart notes
COMMANDER CARL pressed outside of the pace-setter, bid turning for home, led in the four path entering the lane and drove clear in midstretch. COLOR FIELD set the pace inside of a prompting rival, got headed by that one at the quarter pole, and proved second best. RIGHT OF RUSH chased from midpack along the inside and gained show entering the lane. BIG BOSS BEN tracked two wide and gave way. HASKELLED broke outwardly, stalked three wide, but lost show while drifting to the five path at the quarter pole and tired. MAJOR CONTENDER made little impact from the three path. RILEY BEE broke a step slow and got outrun in the four path.
