Chart notes
TOO MUCH HEAVEN cleared and crossed over to the inside, set all the pace to the stretch, led clear to the sixteenth pole and held gamely when challenged late. JIBBER JABBER (IRE) broke a step slow, stalked from inside, tipped out past the quarter pole, chased TOO MUCH HEAVEN down the stretch, then challenged late but could not get by. DOLLY MAY (IRE) settled early and moved inside, took closer order between on the backstretch, moved back inside for the far turn and saved ground to the stretch, kept on to earn the show honors but failed to threaten. WHISTLER'S STYLE broke a step slow on the inside, raced outside a rival at the back, moved closer three deep on the backstretch, chased three wide into the lane and flattened. MAJESTIC STEPS (IRE) broke a step slow on the outside, flanked the leader into the first turn then stalked from outside, remained up close while between rivals into the far turn, then dropped back around the bend and weakened.
