Chart notes
GENERAL WINSTON set the pace on the inside, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then drove clear late under steady pressure. COURT AND SPARK well placed and inside, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, then lacked racing room late and held the place. IGNITED bumped at the start, moved up quickly be well placed off the rail, saved ground on the two path through the turn, came through on that path into the stretch and lacked the needed late kick. YOUMUSTBEA WEASLEY mid pack, moved up three wide through the turn, angled widest into the stretch and evened out. GET EVEN broke in, bumping at the start, moved up quickly to be well placed, held position three wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch and weakened. GRANDE TORTUGON (CHI) vied for the early lead on the outside, held position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch and weakened the final furlong. DAWGMENTALITY was never involved. CELTIC SEA was no factor.
