Chart notes
ANNA ROCKS stalked the pace three wide and made a three wide bid leaving the quarter pole, then went on even terms leaving the turn and slowly edged clear in the furlong grounds to prove best under a drive. TIMELY TRADITION set the pace along the inside and then was headed leaving the turn and fought gamely to the wire but was out kicked by the winner, second best. SALAGADOOLA was rated along early, then had a belated rally on the inside to best the rest. FAVORITE DOLL tracked the pace and made a mild bid three wide by the quarter pole but weakened in the lane. DANCE A LITTLE JIG stumbled at the start and lost an iron, trailed throughout.
