AIR FORCE away alertly and raced to a narrow advantage from along the rail entering the first turn, set a pressured pace from the inside of ABOVE AVERAGE in the run down the backstretch and into the final turn, put away her pace rival entering the lane, and drew clear under confident handling. ABOVE AVERAGE broke sharply and pressed the leader one out from the rail entering the first turn, continued to force the issue two wide through the final turn, was unable to match strides with her pace rival entering the lane, but battled willingly one out from the rail in the lane to prove second best. LOVEABOVEANDBEYOND stalked the leaders in the run down the backstretch while saving ground at the rail, launched her bid from along the inside entering the final turn, and closed four wide in the drive to garner a share. MATSQUI unhurried early while dropping back to trail, commenced her bid from along the rail entering the final turn, and found her best stride late while gaining from along the inside in the stretch drive.
