Chart notes
SIGALERT vied inside, inched clear at the top of the stretch, was under pressure late and held on gamely. LEATHERNECK vied two across, swung out entering the stretch, fell back, came again and was outfinished in a good effort. NOT TODAY SATAN was crowded and bumped into the first turn, raced in the back, advanced inside on the turn, shifted out, bid between horses and went willingly to the wire. NIGHT'S WATCH swung wide entering the stretch and found his best stride late. KIRBY DERBY was in tight into the first turn, raced wide, swung wide entering the stretch and closed well. DISCREET TIGER showed speed to the second turn, angled out and gave way. NOT THAT SERIOUS came out at the start and into the first turn, bumped, raced wide and lacked a bid. NICE WORK was crowded and bumped into the first turn, saved ground and was not urged in the stretch. GO FOR THE LAUGH showed speed to the second turn and flattened out.
