SLICE OF PIE set the pressured pace while racing slightly removed from the rail, responded to pressure while angling out during the drive and was all out to prevail narrowly. NAN ELIZABETH was unhurried early, rallied six-wide into the stretch and finished strongly to just miss. TYCHE AWAITS YOU was allowed to settle in stride early, came five-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. MISS MENSA vied for the lead to the stretch while three-wide and weakened. LILY PAD LAKE prompted the issue from along the inside and tired during the drive. BANDON BRIDGE gave way after showing brief speed.
