Chart notes
ACTIVE LANE stalked the pace from the three path down the backstretch, bid three wide through late turn, came into the lane three wide and under a drive, caught the leader when straightening, cleared and widened through the final eighth. MO HAPPY stepped out at the start and settled to the back, bid three to four wide through late turn, came into the lane from the four or five path and followed the winner home while clear for the place spot. SPUN OATS raced on the rail and in a box into the far turn, moved into the three path in mid-turn but could not get out, shifted into the four path after entering the lane, got clear near the three-sixteenths pole and lacked a closing response. MIDNIGHT GRIND vied for the lead two wide through the far turn then faded after entering the lane. FLURR vied for the lead along the inside into the lane then gave way.
