JUMP FOR ALEX vied in the two path then inside, lost the lead near the eighth pole then came again and edged clear. WHAT'S TO BLAME advanced outside on the turn, led in midstretch and was outfinished. SOMEBODY rated outside, was close up to the stretch and flattened. RUNNINGFORHOME broke slowest, advanced inside then then weakened. THERISASTORMBREWIN dueled along the inside for half a mile and gave way. MUCHO MACHO EDDIE dropped back outside and trailed losing contact with his field.
