Chart notes
WAGER WORTHY was forwardly placed on the inside then dueled between horses in the stretch and won the nod. PHILMARY CASTLE was off the pace through the final turn then made a three wide bid into the stretch, dueled down the stretch but was outnodded. MAKINLIMMARGARITAS sprinted away from the gates to set a clear pace battled down the stretch but was denied. APPEALING ROAD stalked the pace from the two path then made a four wide bid on the final turn and finished evenly. DEREKA'S BLUFF raced near the back down the backstretch then made a three wide bid on the final turn but had no late kick. KEY TO THE CASTLE trailed the field and was never a threat. AWESOME MOON tracked the leaders to the final turn and weakened. A JOCKEY OBJECTION WAS LODGED, THE JOCKEY OF APPEALING ROAD CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE JOCKEY OF WAGER WORTHY FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE AROUND THE THREE SIXTEENTH POLE, AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS DISALLOWED AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
