SIGNOFTHECROSS raced three wide entering the first turn, taken in hand and allowed to settle off the top trio, edged closer along the inside near the three eighths pole, angled out three wide late on the far turn, given cue in upper stretch, responded willingly and pulled away. PARALISSFRMANALYSS held clear around the first turn and set the pace up the backstretch, took on the challenge from FAKE SOLUTION with three furlongs left to run, dueled along the inside into the lane, got overtaken by eventual winner past upper stretch and just lasted for place. FAKE SOLUTION stalked along the inside up the backstretch, advanced to challenge rival for the lead with three furlongs left to run, battled for command into upper stretch, was no match when the winner swept by three wide and just missed place. A. K. SAFARI stalked the pace up the backstretch, hustled along three to four wide in contention around the far turn then faded in the lane.
