Chart notes
UPTOWN SOCIAL advanced up the rail, vied for the lead, was able to secure the rail, attended the pace, drew off uncontested. Much the best. FIVE O FOX vied for the lead, raced two wide while stalking the leader, chased into the lane and to the wire., was second best today. DEPUTY KNIGHT vied for the lead from in between horses, shuffled back and raced from off the pace in the five path, started gaining ground at the half mile pole, continued to gain momentum into the stretch, closed but to no avail. IRON MOON was off a touch slow, raced three wide and moved up in between horses, mild gain. JARED THE WARRIOR was off slow, settled off the pace while racing in the four path, was encouraged and kept closing and passed tired rivals. PERIPATETIC raced two wide, stalked briefly then shuffled back and maintained his position after that. OLD TOBY vied for the lead early on from the three path, stalked the early pace until the three eighths pole and faded.
