Chart notes
ST ANDREWS rallied four wide on the turn, challenged for the lead entering the stretch, dueled to deep stretch and inched clear. CLOUD MUSIC was sent to the front to set the pace, responded when challenged to duel for the lead and yielded late to finish second best. TIZ NO CLOWN was unhurried early and trailed the field, went widest in the drive and offered a mild bid to earn show while no threat to the top two. SWIFTY DEVIL showed speed to the turn, dropped back and had nothing left for the drive. ARDANWOOD was steadied leaving the gate, dropped inside, shifted out into the turn and lacked a bid. KHAFRE showed speed to the turn and stopped.
