Chart notes
ICY STORM raced off the pace inside, made a four wide middle move into contention on the backside, bid three wide on the far turn, led into the stretch, dueled with LORD MIO, put that rival away and drew clear in the final sixteenth. LORD MIO set the pace racing a bit off the inside, held a clear lead, dueled with the winner passing the quarter pole, dug in gamely in the lane, yielded, then held second. BOURBON THUNDER stalked between rivals, then chased inside on the far turn, angled out at the eighth pole and closed mildly late. VINTAGE HOLLYWOOD broke open the gate prior, stalked three wide, chased on the far turn and tired. IN EQUALITY raced five wide early, settled off the pace and failed to respond when asked. BAM BAM WARRIOR tracked on the inside, then chased inside and faded. CAPTAIN CARDO raced four wide early, settled off the pace, gave way on the far turn and stopped.
