Chart notes
ARTHUR SPOONER broke out to brush with HASHTAG BAE, then was prominently placed while saving ground, angled out three-wide nearing the quarter pole and finished strongly to be up in the final strides. CANDIED LUTE vied with BENNY THE JET for the lead from along the inside, shook that one off nearing the eighth pole and just failed to last. BENNY THE JET vied for the lead from the outside to the eighth pole and held on fairly well late to earn the show. ORCZY (IRE) was unhurried early, rallied five-wide into the stretch and gained his best stride too late. COMMISSIONER DAVID saved ground while being allowed to settle in stride but lacked a rally when asked. OXBOW PARK was forwardly placed early while racing three-wide and tired. HASHTAG BAE was brushed at the start, then raced close up early and gave way.
