Chart notes
JAZZ WITH DENIS was hustled to the lead nearing the three eighths pole and set a pressured pace, contested the edge nearest the rail on the turn and dug in determinedly to hold off the stretch challenge of DR RENDEZVOUS, who pressured the pace three wide and raced close in the three path on the turn, but was outfinished in the duel through the stretch. KARMA BUS pressured the pace two deep, dropped back toward the quarter pole and raced near the rail on the turn, then flattened later yards. GREY BOUQUET became fractious in the gate, gave chase through the backstretch and rounded the turn about the four path and ran evenly to late stretch before flattening stride. CIDERHOUSE WAY gave chase inside, rounded the turn near the rail and ran evenly in the lane. LITTLE RICHIE chased inside, raced at the rail on the turn and flattened in the lane. SUMMONING DENIS gave chase then faded in the three path on the turn. CHICKERLING was reluctant to load and never factored. MAKIN' GOLD was not a factor. BUFFER became fractious in the gate and was never in contention.
