CUMBERLAND AVENUE stalked the pace, vied through the turn then pulled away under steady coaxing through the stretch. SAILOR AGAIN advanced outside on the turn and closed well to gain the place. SPLITZVILLE trailed early, advanced outside and finished willingly. PRINCE FILIP hustled to a clear lead, vied through the turn and weakened. JONNY QUIST lacked speed, faded inside on the turn and was no threat. AMERICAN UNITY dropped back outside, remained wide and lacked a rally. BOURBON MISSION flashed speed outside then gave way readily.
