Chart notes
CARSON'S LEGACY angled to the rail early then stalked the pacesetters, waited for running room in the final turn, circled into the lane, was given his cue, and won driving. DANZA UNBRIDLED went five-wide in the opening turn, sat in striking distance outside, went in pursuit of the leader, lugged in through the stretch and held for second. LITTLE CHICAGO returned to the paddock for a tack adjustment, rated just off the pace from between rivals, lodged a rail bid but lacked a clear path at the head of the stretch, and finished well outside. PULL THE PIN attended the pace from the three path, inherited the lead approaching the quarter pole, and flattened out inside. NEVVARE prompted the pace from between rivals, was unable to keep pace with the field and retreated. TRICKY SPEEDSTER went four to five-wide entering the opening turn, trailed through the backstretch, and lacked a serious bid. FLYING SUN chased outside and was outrun. HIGH KELLY SONG contested the pace from the rail under snug hold, and was done early.
