Chart notes
JUST PASSING THRU stalked the early pace setter from the two path, settled into a set in the second tier, started to improve position after the half mile pole, collared the early leader at the three eighths pole, drew off on command at the five sixteenth mile marker and drew off down the stretch. Won impressively today. GASTOWN was off a bit slow, stayed on the rail, was allowed to find her stride, made one run and closed while saving ground, shifted out five wide in the upper stretch, closed and was up for second. ROYA vied for the lead, secured the rail and ended up in a set in the second tier stalking the leader, could not keep pace with the eventual winner advancing into the turn, angled out and split horses at the five sixteenth pole, but faded late. CHROME SAVAGE was off the pace early and put in a mild bid late. IZEONPOINT was no factor. DADDYMADEMEDOIT showed little. TEXAS BLUEBONNET raced in the two path while setting the pace on the lead, was collared after the five sixteenth pole, and tired.
