Chart notes

DONCIC forwardly placed on the outside, bid four deep on the turn, vied four wide into the lane, dueled with SEISMIC SPIRIT (IRE) through the stretch and dug in for the victory. SEISMIC SPIRIT (IRE) raced up close outside the leader early, challenged between foes then two wide around the turn, carried a short lead into the lane, dueled with battled DONCIC through the lane and finished gamely in defeat. BEAUDACIOUS stalked the leaders outside a rival into the turn, chased two wide into the lane, drifted out in midstretch and held the show. WESTWARD LOOK dropped back off the pace, went two then three wide around the turn, tipped out into the lane, bumped with INCH at the top of the stretch, got bumped again by that rival in midstretch and kept on to the wire. INCH reserved and steered inside, moved into the two path to go between rivals on the turn, tipped out leaving the bend and bumped rival at the top of the stretch, chased between and bumped WESTWARD LOOK again midstretch and kept to task in the final sixteenth. MARKS HIP took control early from inside, vied with outer rivals around the bend, fought to upper stretch, then weakened in the furlong grounds. ROSENQUIST stalked the pace from inside, lost ground around the turn and flattened in the drive. THUNDERHEART raced up close outside inner pair early, bid three deep on the turn, could not keep up late on the bend and faded out of contention.
