Chart notes
PEARLY hustled form outset and established a ground saving stance, led the field at every call and drew off in the end for a wire to wire score. CALI settled into mid pack in the early going, trekked three wide around the opening bend, tucked to save ground near the half way point, was roused inside the quarter pole, and earned the place but was no match for tough winner. KIMBELL'S STRATEGY showed reserve and gave chase to front runners while trekking the two path, swung wide rounding the final bend, and dug in for the show in homestrech. CON SUERTE was unhurried and trailed the field through the opening half, closed the gap on leaders along the backstretch, and came up empty in the closing strides. CANADA CANDY retreated rapidly in final stages after pressing the pace from a two path pose.
