Chart notes
CANEY'S GHOST came away alertly, trekked five wide early, rated three wide at the halfway point, led the field along the backstretch and proved best in the stretch duel for the score. WIN FOR FUN broke alertly, established an inside position, led the field in tandem, then was edged in the stretch duel. JACKS SPRING BREAK was unhurried in early strides, angled out along the backstretch and advanced on the leaders, then tucked to save ground at upper stretch adn rallied to earn the show. ROCKPORT KAT settled into mid pack, saved ground near the midway point, angled out at upper stretch, and finished evenly. NOMOREMRNICEGUY trekked widest of all through the opening half, rated mid pack at upper stretch, and failed to produce a closing bid. ELECTORAL failed to menace while travelling wide throughout. SEDARIS chased rivals around the opening bend, swung to four wide after first call, trekked four wide to the quarter pole, rated back at upper stretch and tired in closing strides. TOUGH COMPANY pressed the early pce from a two path stance, lost ground to front runners along the backstretch, and retreated in crucial stages.
