Chart notes
BANNED FROM MIDWAY set the pace along the inside through the first turn, gave up the advantage, angled outside the leader entering the far turn, was carried out to the nine path at the top of the stretch, dug in gamely and proved best in a long drive. RIPLEY EFFECT stalked the pace into the stretch, swung out to the middle of the racetrack, angled inside the leading pair in deep stretch, surged in the four path and got up for second. DREAM TO WIN pressed the pace two wide through the first turn, made the lead, set the pace into the stretch, swung out to the eight path at the top of the lane then was outfinished. UNCAPTURED FAITH broke awkwardly, was allowed to settle then steadily gained ground through the stretch along the inside. ADMONISH was no threat. I MATTER was outrun.
