Chart notes
DANES HEART split horses two wide to make the lead after a quarter, drew well clear on the far turn, set the balance of the pace and just lasted under right handed urging. BRONZE KETTLE slow early, closed with a rush through deep stretch under right handed urging and got up in the final stride to finish on even terms with DANES HEART at the wire. VEGAS PLAYER pressed the pace two wide through the first turn, made the lead briefly, chased the pace into the stretch then gave way readily. NOSEY POWER was no factor. STRIKING AGAIN passed tiring rivals. COLOR BEARER close up, was through after a half. WHY KENNY WHY set the pace along the inside through the clubhouse turn, had speed for a half then stopped. IPPOLITO'S WONDER moved up two wide into the far turn and also stopped.
