Chart notes
TED'S CANDY GIRL was reserved off the early pace, rallied five-wide into the stretch and finished fast to prevail narrowly. NOMI LACKEE was forwardly placed early racing along the inside, dropped back slightly on the turn, slipped through entering the stretch and finished strongly to just miss. LUVAHAPPYENDING was unhurried early, came six-wide into the stretch and rallied late. ZEVA DEE saved ground setting the early pace, drifted out leaving the quarter pole and weakened late. OUR GIRL ASHLEY was prominently place early, came four-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. DANCING TO GOLD forced the early pace from along the outside and tired. MANY MEMORIES dropped back early and was not a factor.
