Chart notes
NECKER ISLAND tracked along the inside, took aim inside of the leader turning for home, slipped through to offer a rail bid in upper stretch, sparred leaving the furlong grounds, wrestled an advantage passing the sixteenth pole and edged ahead. YES I AM FREE set the pace in the two path, dug in to resist a challenge from an inner bidder in upper stretch, dueled through the final furlong, but was headed at the sixteenth pole and got bested. CHARCOAL stalked outside of his rivals, but faded entering the lane.
