Chart notes
BIG FASHION prompted the early paced while racing two-wide, took the lead from FIRE ESCAPE nearing the eighth pole and gradually drew clear. REIGN OF FIRE was reserved off the early pace, rallied three-wide the final quarter and earned the place in a steady effort. SMILING THUNDER was allowed to settled in stride, was four-wide the final quarter and finished in a mild rally. FIRE ESCAPE saved ground setting the pace to near the eighth pole and weakened when headed. BLOWING BAYOU saved ground while racing in the middle of the pack but failed to seriously threaten. HEAT SEEKING LETA was unhurried early while racing three-wide, cane five-wide into the stretch but lacked a response.
