Chart notes
PAPA RIZZO dueled from the two path around the first turn, took over the lead racing up the backstretch, saved ground around the far turn and held his lead to the wire. DEVOTED TO YOU saved ground around the first turn, chased the leader on the inside up the backstretch, came around the second bend in the two path, began a bid approaching the quarter pole and gained ground late. SKIPPY'S STRIKE saved ground early, raced in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, began a bid from the three path coming around the far turn and improved position in the lane. BOB'S ALL IN raced in the middle of the pack on the outside through the opening half mile, swung out to the five path for the run around the far turn and improved position mildly in the stretch. MARK IN GREELEY raced in the three path early, settled at the back of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, continued around the far bend in the two path and made up ground late. OVERLY LUCKY raced in the four path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch off the pace on the outside, navigated the far turn from the five path and improved position mildly in the stretch. COASTAL WATERS raced off the pace on the inside around the first turn and up the backstretch, saved ground around the far bend and passed tiring horses in the lane. WAR CHEST raced in the four path early, trailed the field on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the first turn and was not a factor. NORTHCUT raced in the three path around the first turn, tracked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the four path and tired in the stretch. BOLD VOYAGER dueled while saving ground around the first turn, dropped back to chase the leader up the backstretch, raced in the three path around the second bend, tired in the lane, pulled up after crossing the wire and was vanned off after walking onto the van.
