Chart notes
TEACHINTHERELEASE pressured the pace inside and took the nod leaving the five sixteenths pole, dueled clear past the quarter and was steadily handled in the stretch. JAZZ WITH DENIS pressured the pace three wide through the backstretch, rounded the turn in the three path, dug in under steady stretch handling and just lasted for second. KAYLEE'S SPITFIRE was shuffled back at the start, gave chase through the backstretch and rounded the turn about the six path, finished well and just missed second. DE'S CASTLE gave chase, raced in the three path of the turn and ran evenly in the stretch. RIVER ROYALE R V F gave chase, rounded the turn near the rail then flattened in the stretch. CATS DIAMOND BOY contested the pace off the rail, gave up the nod leaving the five sixteenths pole, dropped back past the quarter and weakened in the stretch. IN HIGH GEAR was not a factor and rounded the turn about the four path.
