Chart notes
ELDEST SON , patiently handled early, was three deep down the backstretch, moved to the inner rail entering the far turn, remained along the rail around the turn, angled outside in upper stretch, closed determinedly and was took the lead in deep stretch. FEELING WOOZY , four deep on the first turn, speed to the lead mid way on the bend, angled in on the backstretch, saved ground the far turn and gave way grudgingly. ADMIT NOTHING , along the inner rail on both turns, eased out in upper stretch and passed tired horses. B WEST saved ground the first turn, chased the pace while three deep on the far turn and gave way. OMO DADA , three wide the first turn, advanced four deep on the far turn, faltered entering the stretch and was eased. PRIDE OF PAYTON hesitated when acting up at the break, trailed and was eased. There was a stewards' inquiry concerning the start but no action was taken.
