Chart notes
SPANISH HOMBRE showed good early foot from the inside, dug in late and prevailed under all out pressure. EXCITING chased the early leader racing two deep, Spanish Hombre kicked clear into the upper stretch and Exciting dug in late to just miss. RIVER RULER dropped back to race mid pack early on, was near the inside around the far turn and kept on to the wire. MAGIC CARPET was bumped at the start, unhurried early on, moved up along the inside through the far turn and flattened out. VERRAZANO FIRST was pinched back at the break, raced three wide and was even late with no closing run. TOUGH COMPANY settled off the early going, raced five wide into the upper stretch and lacked a bid. GRAB THE MUNNY showed good early foot two deep and gave way. AFLEET SNIPER settled early, raced three to four wide and had no response. MARCH WEST was bumped at the start, raced near the inside and never threatened.
