Chart notes
MR. BALI bit tardy start, no speed to turn, kicked in the late stretch to get up in time with aheady ride in the final sixteenth. GRAY DAY slow into stride from inside, angled out into stretch, coming on. SHOWTIME BOY speed to the front from outside, led to deepstetch, outkicked. FACTUM'S STAR three wide run to the turn, chased in the stretch, game effort. GRAND ZHOUL raced along evenly with no late kick when needed in the stretch. PALACE TEMPTATION saved ground throughout to no avail. NEW YORK MIRACLE broke sharp, could not keep up to the turn, faded and galloped past the wire.
