Chart notes
BEACHFRONT BREEZE chased close up early while two wide, chased on the turn, dueled into the stretch, rallied to a short lead, then dug in gamely outside of RED HEAD ITALIAN to prevail. RED HEAD ITALIAN showed good speed on the inside to set the pace, dueled into the stretch, dug in gamely on the rail in the final sixteenth and battled to the end. BINGO'S BIRKIN chased the pace, rallied on the rail, was in a bit tight coming to the eighth pole, then angled out and finished evenly. SUMMER'S COMIN was fractious loading, outrun early, came three wide into the lane, rallied mildly and got up late for fourth. VIVID ARTISTE chased outside, came three wide into the lane and weakened late. MOLLY'S A BULLET chased on the inside, lacked a rally and tired. J WILLARD was fractious loading, then outrun.
