POSEIDON'S SON was slow and bumped at the start, raced in the six path entering the lane, rallied in the upper stretch, drove past the leaders four wide down the lane and cleared the field in the hand in the final stages. SEVENTY SEVENTYCAT was in tight and squeezed early on, raced along the back after, was on the inside into the lane, made a bid from the rail in the stretch but hung in the late stages. HEFFNER tracked the pace early, raced three wide along the turn, was in the four path into the lane, made a bid down the lane but weakened late in the drive.
