Chart notes
EXCLUSIVE SPEAKER failed to break alertly then was unhurried, rallied four-wide the final quarter and was up with a rush late. MUNCEY was allowed to settle in stride, was three-wide the final quarter and closed strongy. LUCKY LAD stalked POLACCO while racing two-wide, took the lead from that one nearing the eighth pole but was unable to resist the top two late. POLACCO saved ground setting the pace into the stretch and weakened late. LIMONITE was forwardly placed for five furlongs while racing three-wide and gave way. BAROSSA dropped back early, saved ground and failed to threaten.
