RACING RIVER away well and dueled for the lead two wide from between rivals in the run down the backstretch, continued two battle two wide entering the final turn, and prevailed in the closing strides while finishing three wide. QUAGMIRE away alertly and vied for the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, set a pressured pace from along the rail in the run down the backside and into the final turn, held a narrow advantage into the stretch and just failed to last. RING OF KERRY settled off the contested early pace while saving ground at the rail, launched his bid from along the inside entering the final turn, and closed willingly from along the rail in the drive to get up for a share. PAINT ME LUCKY broke sharply and tracked the leaders through the first turn while racing one out from the rail, rolled up to force the issue three wide in the run down the backstretch and into the final turn, was unable to keep tabs on his pace rivals midway through the turn, and faded in the late going. TIZ MEOW trailed the field into the backstretch while racing one out from the rail, rallied two wide entering the final turn, but failed to make a late impact.
